Who We Are
Moonee Valley Sustainability (MVS) is a growing collective of local volunteers, supporters, and community groups in Moonee Valley (Melbourne, Australia).
We promote, support, enable and advocate for sustainable living in Moonee Valley. We grow community capacity to prevent further climate impacts and build climate resilience through education, campaigns, events, innovative projects, research and enabling community connection. We act in ways that are inclusive, fair, and equitable for all members of our local and global communities now and into the future.

Action
Constructive, collaborative, and effective solutions for the things we care about.

Compassion and kindness for ourselves, others, all living things, and our planet.
Acknowledgements

We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of Moonee Valley, the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people of the Kulin Nation, their spirits, ancestors, elders and community members past and present.

We acknowledge the urgency of the climate emergency and the need to rapidly reduce greenhouse gas emissions to have any chance of keeping global temperature rise to near 1.5ºC.
